What are the common wiring methods of transformer
Each part and each port of the transformer is to be wired. Various wiring methods and wiring skills have an impact on the operation of the transformer itself. Once the transformer is wrongly connected, the effect of using the transformer will be affected, and there will also be potential safety hazards. The consequences are unimaginable. The basic safety of the transformer and the operation of the wiring must be cautious, careful, correct and standardized. The transformer wiring mode and operation sequence should be carried out according to the steps, and the transformer wiring effect and use method should be improved. For the basic operation, we have made the following summary:
1. Short-circuit the "input" and "output" terminals of the transformer and test their insulation resistance with a megger. When measured with a 1000V megger, the resistance is greater than 2M Ω.
2. The section wiring of transformer input and output power lines shall meet the requirements of its current value; It is better to configure according to 2-2.5A/min2 current density.
3. The input and output three-phase power lines shall be connected with phase A, phase B and phase C respectively according to the color of the bus in the transformer terminal board. The zero line shall be connected with the neutral zero line of the transformer voltage transformer. The ground wire, the transformer shell and the transformer center point shall be connected. Generally speaking, the ground wire and the zero line are led from the neutral point of the transformer. (If the transformer has a case, it should be connected with the ground wire mark of the case). Check the input and output lines and make sure they are correct.
4. First, power on without load and observe whether the input and output voltage meet the requirements. At the same time, observe whether there is abnormal sound, spark, smell and other abnormal phenomena inside the machine. If there is any abnormality, please disconnect the input power immediately.
5. The load can be connected only after the no-load test is completed and normal.
The above is how to operate and use the transformer wiring. Everyone must follow the basic operation steps. If there is a problem with the transformer wiring, immediately correct it and stop the operation!
