Oil filling of oil-immersed transformer

As we all know, oil-immersed transformers work with transformer oil, and oil-immersed transformers often use transformer oil in the process of working, which shows that the oiling and oiling of oil-immersed transformers must be carried out during operation. Many problems and common steps need to be paid attention to during the oil filling process of oil-immersed transformer. What basic steps need to be mastered during the oil filling process of oil-immersed transformer? Let's have a detailed look with the editor of the oil-immersed transformer factory:

1、 Check and clean the oil tank, oil barrel, pipeline, oil filter, oil pump, etc. of oil-immersed transformer, and keep them clean and dry, free of dust, impurities and moisture.

2、 During oil drainage, the vent holes of the transformer and oil tank must be opened. The vent hole of the transformer is connected with the capsule and connected to the dry air device to prevent moisture intrusion. The pressure of filling the dry air is 0.015Mpa, which cannot be too high to avoid damaging the capsule.

3、 When the oil in the oil conservator does not need to be drained, the valve under the oil conservator can be closed. Drain all the transformer oil in the tank.

4、 The top of the conservator is equipped with a special vacuum valve. When vacuuming, open the valve connecting with the capsule, and the body, capsule and all accessories are evacuated together; Otherwise, use the valve at the gas relay connecting pipe to install the evacuation pipe and vacuum.

5、 When filling oil into the transformer oil tank, it should pass through the pressure oil filter (vacuum oil filter is used for 220kV main transformer).

The oil-immersed transformer factory should pay attention to the safety performance and standard steps of oil injection. If you have any other questions about the oil-immersed transformer, you can consult our manufacturer or follow our website for details!
